The simple answer is no. We are a licensed premises and have the infrastructure to support that. On very rare occasions, we allow BYOB. In this event, we charge corkage.
We have a special Special Restaurant License (Standards) Regulations, 1988. “Restaurant” means any premises, which are structurally adapted and used for the purpose of supplying substantial meals to the public for consumption on the premises, and in which any other business carried on is ancillary and subsidiary to the provision of such meals.
The simple answer is no. Due to the conditions of the special restaurant license, we cannot apply for special exemption orders i.e. a Late License.

Yes, of course. We are very accommodating in Medley. We have 3 light boxes that can use your branding. Please ask for details. You can also brand the bar, demonstration kitchen and use your own banners.

Yes, of course. It is advised to check to make sure that everything is working a few hours before your event. It is also advisable to bring your own power supply, HDMI cables, and other equipment that may be required for your presentation
Yes, we have 4 x networks, which are complimentary. We can dedicate a specific network for your group. We can also arrange to boost the supply though a 3rd party agent
The simple answer is no. We have a fully equipped kitchen with staff. Food is our passion and is what we specialize in. We are also registered through the Health Service Executive as a Food Business Establishment in accordance with Article 6(2) of Council Regulation 852/2004. Only staff of Medley are licensed and regulated to prepare and serve food on the premises. In certain special circumstances, other food producers, retailers and licensed establishments may prepare and serve food here. Please ask for details
Yes. It is located on the ground floor beside the entrance. Max 5 pers/400kg
Absolutely. This is something that we feel very strongly about. It is advised that clients provide Medley with a full list of dietary requirements. The head chef can discuss this directly with clients and we can design special menus

Security is provided for all evening events and if required during the day. Pulse Security Management is a fully licensed and quality approved security provider.

Unfortunately not. There is street parking on Fleet Street to allow for loading and unloading, directly outside the building.
