At Medley, the menu is globally cosmopolitan with a medley of genres, cuisines, and flavors. There is a focus on nutritious, healthy, eating. The theme of international cuisine with special menus created for your special day. Our dishes are very innovative, creative and bespoke to each and every event. There’s a cooking station on the mezzanine where you can see Andrew and his team performing their magic. Andrew and head chef Vincent Blake will work with you to create a unique menu for your occasion in whatever style you want – buffet, silver service, A LA Carte, Set Menus, BBQ, theatre, food stalls & stations, live cooking stations, food stalls, ethnic – all with Medley’s signature emphasis on big flavour. “Our dish is your command”.
We only use fresh, seasonal, and locally sourced ingredients. All of our beef, lamb, pork, duck, game and chicken are 100% Irish reared. Our beef is 28 day dry aged and is incredibly tender and succulent.

There is also great selection of cocktails, gins, whiskeys, and other premium spirits. We have a limited selection of red and white wines, but also have access to a large selection with famous labels and exclusive vintages.
